1 lb jar · $24 — Coming Soon
Made from the same small-batch wildflower harvest as our raw honey.
Controlled crystallization process creates a smooth, spreadable texture without additives.
No fillers, no stabilizers — just honey processed differently.
Holds its texture at room temperature and spreads cleanly without dripping.
Best For
Biscuits, cornbread, English muffins, or anywhere you want rich, velvety sweetness without the drip.
Commercial honey is typically heated and ultra-filtered to extend shelf life and prevent crystallization. Raw honey skips those steps — which means it keeps more of what the bees actually put into it.
We harvest from our own hives, not from a network of contracted apiaries. Every jar reflects the specific nectar sources, season, and conditions of our farm in Turin, Georgia.
Large-scale honey operations blend honey from many sources to achieve a consistent flavor profile year-round. We do not blend. What you taste is exactly what our bees made from the flowers around our apiary.
If your honey crystallizes, that is a good sign. It means the glucose content is intact and the honey has not been over-processed. To reliquefy, place the jar in warm water — never microwave.
